Francesco, our host, created this website to help our guests book accommodations near the wedding venue:

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

​

• We highly recommend you to book one of the accommodations because the shuttle bus to the wedding and back to your location at night can only pick you up if you live in one of these locations. 

• Next year is going to be super busy with many weddings in the area so we recommend you to book your accommodation before the end of December.

• The website is not yet fully compatible with mobile devices so we suggest to book via desktop.

• Please always enter the site via the URL above.

• Please fill the form at the bottom of the page to register and you will automatically be associated to our wedding (via the wedding code in the link). 

• There are apartments/rooms but also villas you can book as a group. Only one person for each booking needs to register (please define your own "group" password when registering) and make the booking / payment to reserve the apartment. Before you confirm the booking and issue the reservation invoice the website will ask the group leader to enter the names of all the guests staying in the villa and the shuttle bus will be arranged based on the information provided at the time of the booking.

• There are more than 100 rooms available - first come, first serve.

• Some accommodations are on the countryside and a private car is highly recommended to do grocery shopping and explore the area. 

• A 20% down payment by credit card is required to book an accommodation.

We highly recommend you to book one of the accommodations because of the following reasons:

• All the accommodations can be reached by the shuttle bus and are within short drive from the wedding venue. Due to small roads the shuttle bus is allowed to drive only in specific places.

• Because we need to create a pick up plan for the shuttle bus and the shuttle bus can not drive everywhere, the shuttle will only pick up the guests reserved via http://wg.tuscany-villas.net/register/23JUL2022SEL/

• All the accommodations have been personally inspected by Francesco, already hosted his wedding guests and they always had good experiences.

• Francesco knows all the owners / managers and they committed to offer the best services and best prices for his wedding guests.

• The accommodations will offer the best lowest price for bookings received with http://wg.tuscany-villas.net/register/23JUL2022SEL/ (the prices will be lower than booking.com or other websites).

Please understand that if you book any other accommodation via booking.com or Airbnb you need to get to the central meeting points in order to catch the shuttle bus (see "Transportation" page) or organize your transport to La Selva and back on your own. Unfortunately taxis are not operating at night.
